Attorney Kathryn Moody

Prior to joining the firm, Kathryn Moody worked within various legal aid services. Kathryn also gained experience in private practice, litigating family law cases involving divorce, paternity, child custody, parenting time, child support, spousal maintenance, domestic abuse, adoption, property division, antenuptial and postnuptial agreements, post-decree matters and qualified domestic relations orders. Kathryn has also worked closely with victims of domestic violence and advocated for victims’ rights in conjunction with local shelters and advocacy programs.

Mrs. Moody is a lifelong resident of Minnesota and has close ties to the community. She grew up in Scott County, graduated from Burnsville High School and is currently a resident of Dakota County. In her free time she enjoys fostering dogs, going to her family cabin up north, and spending time with her friends and family.
