Steve has served as an Associate Attorney with Howard Family Law, LLC since 2022. While growing up on a farm, Steve learned the value of hard work, helping others, and a love of the law which led him to practice in family law.
Steve assists clients with settlement of all issues involved in family law including child custody, child support, parenting time, division of assets, and spousal maintenance. He understands the toll that a divorce can have on everyone and strives to make the process as smooth as possible. He does his utmost to advocate for his client while also advising them as to the most effective path forward.
Steve received his J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis, MN. Following law school, he was a judicial law clerk in Anoka County and worked at a private family law firm and later, at a private workers compensation firm. Steve earned his Bachelor of Arts in political science from Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall, MN.
In his free time, Steve enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with his wife.
