Prior to joining Howard Family Law, LLC, she worked with various legal aid services. Kathryn also gained experience in private practice, litigating family law cases involving divorce, paternity, child custody, parenting time, child support, spousal maintenance, domestic abuse, adoption, property division, antenuptial and postnuptial agreements, post-decree matters, and qualified domestic relations orders. Kathryn has also worked closely with domestic violence victims and remains committed to advocating for victims’ rights in conjunction with local shelters and advocacy programs.
Mrs. Moody is a lifelong resident of Minnesota and has close ties to the community. She grew up in Scott County, graduated from Burnsville High School, and is currently a Dakota County resident. In her free time, she enjoys fostering dogs, going to her family cabin up north, and spending time with her friends and family.
