Attorney Lyndsay J. Howard

Attorney Lyndsay J. Howard has dedicated her professional career to assisting Minnesota families struggling with family law issues, particularly those involving divorce, paternity, child custody, parenting time, child support, spousal maintenance, domestic abuse, adoption, property division, antenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and post-decree matters.

   

Prior to entering private practice in 2004, Ms. Howard was employed by the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office – Child Support Division as a Certified Student Attorney. While working with the County Attorney’s office, Ms. Howard handled a variety of paternity, custody, and child support cases. During her time at William Mitchell Law School, Ms. Howard was employed by the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Security, reviewing appeals of unemployment law rulings. While working with the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Security, Ms. Howard drafted appellate briefs and successfully argued before the Minnesota Court of Appeals.

In her free time, Ms. Howard enjoys traveling with her husband and two sons, playing golf, and spending time on the lake with friends and family.
