Divorce Stress Scale: Where Are You and How Do You Cope With It?
Divorce is stressful. There is no way around that. The questions become, how much and how heavy is your stress, and how do you handle it?
While researching this topic, the following article popped up. The idea behind the article is this: if you have encountered the sorts of life events as highlighted in the article dealing with stress scale (i.e.: death of spouse, loss of job, divorce, etc. …), you are more likely to have a physical response tied to your stress.
Everyone has been there; headaches, sleepiness or wakefulness, irritability, etc. Now that you’ve identified the stress, how do you fix it? Exercise, talk about it to friends, family or even your lawyer, etc. There are many tools to try to reduce the stress as much as possible – but you need to find the one that works the best for you and that you will stick with.
